Locally owned. Family run.
We answer our own phones.
Source One Maintenance has grown almost entirely by word of mouth — one job done right at a time.
Started with simple principles.
"Do it right the first time, treat the customer well, and stand behind our work." Source One Maintenance was built on those three sentences, and they still decide how we handle every work order today.
In the beginning our focus was maintenance for homeowner associations and the management companies that represent them. Through hard work and word of mouth, that focus grew into partnerships with more than 15 management companies across 400+ North Atlanta communities — plus commercial facilities, remodels, and construction projects along the way.
Above all, we believe in being honest and upfront. If a job isn't something we're comfortable doing, we'll tell you before we start — not after. We'd rather build a relationship that lasts fifteen years than win a single invoice, and some of our communities have trusted us with their properties for exactly that long.
The three promises we don't break
Do it right the first time
One trip, done properly. While we're on site we look for developing issues and flag them before they cost you money.
Treat the customer well
We answer our own phones and collaborate with our customers to find the solution that actually fits — even when it's not the biggest ticket.
Stand behind the work
If there's ever a problem with something we did, we make it right. That's why our growth has come from referrals, not ads.
Signs, too.
Need community entrance signs, pool rules, or custom signage? Our in-house sign shop, H&G Signs, designs and builds it under the same roof.
