When this homeowner's two-story deck reached the end of its life, they didn't want another patch job — they wanted it done once and done right. Source One replaced the entire structure and improved on the original layout while we were at it.
Along with the new two-level deck, we added a catwalk connecting directly to the driveway and a new staircase down to the lower level — turning a dead-end deck into a space that actually flows with the rest of the property.
The build was finished with metal spindles and three-tier railings, fully painted and stained to protect the investment from Georgia weather for years to come.
