Most access control problems don't start at the gate — they start in the cabinet. A failed board, a corroded splice, a loop detector that's been chattering since the last storm. Plenty of contractors will swap the obvious part and leave. We open the enclosure, trace the wiring, and fix the thing that actually broke.
Source One handles access control end to end: pulling the low voltage wire, mounting and wiring the hardware, programming the controller, loading your resident or employee list, and coming back when something needs adjusting. DoorKing (DKS)
The workhorse of community entrances. Telephone entry and directory systems, gate operators, transmitters and clickers, and multi-door controller boards. If your community has a call box at the front gate, there's a good chance it's a DKS — and we install, program, and repair the whole line.
ProdataKey (PDK)
Cloud-managed access control for boards and property managers who'd rather not drive to a closet. Add or revoke a resident's credential from your phone, set pool hours that change with the season, and pull a report of exactly who badged in and when.
